Dusk Spire

Home of the Obsidian Council.
The shape of it is reminiscent of an ancient obelisk, yet with multiple terraced open-air balconies overlooking the gardens. The upper levels are adorned with hanging gardens, blooming with exotic flowers, rare herbs, and trees that change colors with the seasons. The scent of blossoms fills the air, while exotic birds, with iridescent plumage, nest in the foliage, singing their songs to those who walk the terraces below.
