Methodical, exacting, and quietly relentless. Varkos notices every imbalance in accounts, favors, and obligations. He is not cruel for its own sake. He believes debts must be settled for society to function. However, he rarely considers whether the system itself is unjust. He respects those who pay what they owe, even if they oppose him.
